Executive Pool

SFI's Executive Pool provides a simple, easy, and lucrative income stream that ALL SFI affiliates can tap into. At the end of every month we determine the total CV (Commission Volume) for all sales at all our Zing Network properties, and we put 50% of the CV of EVERY purchase  company wide into the Executive Pool for our affiliates to share in! We also put in an additional 25% of the CV for every purchase made by PSAs with non-EA sponsors.

There are TWO ways to share in the pool:
1. Provided you have attained the rank of EA for the month, you earn ONE share of the pool for each of your Versa Points, up to 1500 shares! 
Then, for each additional 500 VP you score, you'll earn another 500 shares!

Examples:
* You score 1500 VP for the month, so you earn 1500 shares of the Executive Pool
* You score 2000 VP for the month, so you earn 2000 shares of the Executive Pool
* You score 2500 VP for the month, so you earn 2500 shares of the Executive Pool
* You score 3000 VP for the month, so you earn 3000 shares of the Executive Pool
* And so on, with no limit to how many total shares you can earn!

VP can be earned for doing a wide variety of actions ( See your SFI To Do List )The more VP you score, the more you can earn from the Executive Pool! It's that simple.

The Max Match Report lets you easily identify all the places in your organization where you can create more Executive Pool shares and boost your commissions.

Q: I don't know if I can meet the new EA requirements, at least not right away. What can I do?
The answer is to simply work as an Affiliate (the basic rank of Affiliate) until you're ready to step up to the Executive rank. As an Affiliate, you'll still earn handsome, up-to-50% Direct Commissions on purchases made by your referrals. You'll also have access to all the basic resources and marketing tools at the SFI Affiliate Center. And you can continue to participate in our auctions, play Eager Zebra games, and enter the Daily Grand, Daily Crown, T-Time, Biz Quiz contests, etc. In other words, there's still a terrific opportunity for you in SFI...but you'll definitely want to strive to "GO EXECUTIVE," and grab all the additional perks that come with it, when you can.

Q: If I carry the basic rank of Affiliate, can I still earn money?
Of course! That's the whole point of joining SFI--to make money. As an Affiliate you can earn UNLIMITED 50% Direct Commissions on every sale you generate! Once you've got a few sales coming in, you'll be ready to jump up to the Executive level. You can also earn unlimited 25% Direct Commissions on all purchases made by your PSAs.

TEAM BUILDING: My personal experience, across decades and numerous business opportunities, is that it's most effective to offer the business opportunity first. What happens is that a business opportunity prospect may or may not be interested in the business opportunity... However, after looking over the business opportunity that same business opportunity prospect may still consider a product or service for purchase. My experience, meaning quantified results across millions of leads, is that if the product or service is presented first then the business opportunity is rarely considered by the prospect. The exception to this rule is nutritional products, shared in-person one-on-one, that address specific health challenges.

SALES: If your internet based focus is sales first then focus on quality content. What converts best is focused content that educates and then solves your prospects problem with a particular product or service.
